Suggestions: Houses

There are some interactive items for houses of the players, ones that are teleports to worlds of Wizard101, and ones that grant items, but the first ones are of an additional basics value, and the second ones are scarce in quantity. It would be more fun to players if all house items became interactive. Types of interaction could increase. The types of interaction would be:
Dungeon Creators – some of objects could turn the house of a player into a dungeon. These objects should be from categories of plant life, decorations, and wall hangings. Each object would have a unique dungeon attained to it, and every dungeon could be for groups of levels in difficulty: 15+, 20+, 25+ and so on.
Item Granters – other objects could grant each a special item once per day. Such objects already exist, and their numbers could increase by objects from categories of plant life, decorations, and furniture. The items could be: reagents, clothes, snacks, and so on.
And a new type of items could be introduced of a practical organizational value in addition to Teleporters:
Telephones – containers of a list of all NPCs and their offers who have been already accessed during travels. That includes recipe vendors and trainers. Trade and other interactions could be done over a telephone.
A larger assortment of decorations, furniture, and other types of housing items could turn houses into fairytale places, especially if the new items were of a comfort type, as most of the items currently are not so very comfortable and therefore do not create an atmosphere of cosiness.
The housing items could be all inhabited by spirits or gnomes, because that's the truth about real life – every utensil always has a soul which often takes a physical form of a gnome or a sprite who is its caretaker. Interactions with housing items could occur through interactions with such creatures. They could cause a dungeon to appear in the house, and additionally could allow for appearance of side quests to perform specially on the grounds of the house. Physical appearance and biological class of such creatures could be connected with the type of each house.
