EVENTS

A free world period occurs in the game sporadically as a limited time offer. Such events however are modestly announced, mainly on the game's official site in the Ravenwood News. During such periods all zones of a specific one world become free to enter. After the offer's time ends, the zones become locked again unless opened by Crowns or Membership. These offers appear rarely, however it is good to know about possibility of such events.

On level 10, the FTP wizard will get a side quest chain inside the Library.

Boris Tallstaff will send you on journalistic missions. Three quests are entirely completable.

Two quests are executed in Ravenwood: Roving Reporter, The Trees.

One quest is executed in The Commons and in Ravenwood: Old Men.

Experience gathered from the three quests: 245 XP.

On level 12, the FTP wizard will get a side quest chain for Gardening from Moolinda Wu, Life School teacher in Ravenwood.

The quests to perform are: Green Acres, The Facts of Life, and Growing Pains. They are lessons of Gardening.

On level 12, the FTP wizard will get a side quest for Monstrology from Monstrologist Burke in Ravenwood. The quest to perform is: Know Thine Enemy. To complete it, Animus must be extracted from a Lost Soul, which is done by inserting the Extract Animus spells into the deck, and during duel applying the spell onto any regular school damage spell, which has to be cast at the enemy. Experience gathered from this one quest: 225 XP.

Best to diminish the amount of spells in the deck for a quick fight.

On level 12, the FTP wizard will start getting Daily Assignments. Daily Assignments bring small rewards and are accessible through Gravulum Lodestone object inside the player's home - or through talking to Aegon Statz in Ravenwood. Every day there is a new daily assignment, and they are usually either duels with different creatures or visits to different areas. If a daily assignment is not completed, a new one is issued on the next day. All assignments take place in Wizard City until the player finishes Marleybone. See here for information on that.
